These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 4rd Bet platform and all its services. By registering on 4rd Bet or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• 4rd Bet reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the case of clear data entry errors, 4rd Bet reserves the right to amend or void the affected bet.

Live Betting Special Conditions

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. If a bet is confirmed late due to network issues, the updated odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4rd Bet. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Opening or using an account under someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Hacking an account or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members.

4rd Bet believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income. We actively work to prevent problem gambling.

Self-Control Features

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit for individual bets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break by suspending your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term break or permanent account closure.

• No account activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to their own negligence.
